Prayer in CRL.A(MD).No.431 of 2024:- This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A) (2) of the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 2015 as Amended by Act 1 of 2015, praying to set aside the order passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge(FAC), Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.782 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024 in Crime No. 168 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent Police and enlarge the Appellants on bail by allowing the Criminal Appeal. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.Atham Ali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.431 2024 dated 05.06.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.S.Atham Ali and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 2/5
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD)No.431 2024 dated 05.06.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
