ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of 4 acres of land, comprised in Punja Survey No.755, situated in Keezha Vadakarai Village, Nochipalayam, near Kumbakarai, Periyakulam, Theni District as ''Panjamar Jari'' land, as per representation of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2019 and as per order dated 05.12.2018, made in W.P.(MD)No.10365 of 2014.

2.Heard Mr.K.Appadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner, in order to get Patta in her favour, in respect of 4 acres of land, comprised in Punja Survey No.755, situated in Keezha Vadakarai Village, Nochipalayam, near Kumbakarai, Periyakulam, Theni District as ''Panjamar Jari'' land, had given a representation to the respondents on 08.07.2019 and hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is decided by the respondents, especially, by the second respondent and a decision is taken thereon, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2019, would be decided by the second respondent, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction:- The second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
