ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.NAVANEETHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8180 of 2020 dated 04.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 04.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8180 of 2021.
