ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioner for a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose the E.P.No.56 of 2022 in R.C.O.P.No.155/2018 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.According to the revision petitioner, he filed R.C.O.P.No.155 of 2018 for wilful default and own occupation, against the respondents before the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town. The said RCOP was allowed and eviction was ordered. In pursuant to the order of the trial Court, the petitioner filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.56 of 2022 and the same is pending without any progress.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the execution proceedings are being adjourned periodically from 15.12.2021 without any progress and without any reason. Hence, a direction is sought for early disposal of the above EP within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose the E.P.No.56 of 2022 in R.C.O.P.No.155 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, without any further delay after affording sufficient opportunities to the respective parties to put-forth their contentions, within a period of two 2/4
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
