ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7993 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
