This Criminal Original Petition is filed for seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2023. 1/4

2.The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he has submitted a representation dated 19.06.2023 to the respondent police seeking 'No Objection Certificate' for starting massage centre in the name of Green Apple Ayurvedic Centre and that the police have kept the said representation pending without disposing of the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have taken cognizance of the representation given by the petitioner and that they will issue the proceedings by considering the request of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.By recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
