O R D E R

The petitioner, with a grievance that the fourth respondent has criminally intimated him and also attacked him, has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and approached this Court, seeking police protection.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was attended and a criminal case has been registered as against the fourth respondent in Crime No.49 of 2024 on 16.04.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3.Since the petitioner's complaint was acted upon and a criminal case has been registered, based on the complaint of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to 2/4

complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible and also file a final report, as against the accused, if any offence has been made out.
