ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1709/E4/2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. Through the impugned order, the first respondent has considered the complaint of the third respondent under Section 83 and concluded that the petitioner had created the documents. Hence, the first respondent further directed to register the FIR and further direction to the 2nd respondent not to register any further documents for the property in dispute. Furthermore, the said impugned order restrains the petitioner from dealing with the property.

3. Admittedly, no suit was filed by the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition 2/4

or for granting any restraining order. The petitioner is at liberty to file a suit, if so advised.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
