Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records in Na.Ka.No. 6930/2010/U1 dated 08.01.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent as the same is illegal and discriminatory and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to fix the salary of the petitioner as that of the respondents 3 to 5 with arrears and pass such further or other orders.
