Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue proper notice to the 4th respondent and to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 05.10.2016 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and direct the second respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner bearing Survey No.7/1A to the extent of 78 cents and Sy.No.7/1B to the extent of 78 cents on the file of the Erumballi Village, Kullathur Taluk, Pudhukkottai District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent to issue proper notice to the 4th respondent and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2016 and also direct the second respondent to grant patta in favour of the petitioner bearing Survey Nos.7/1A and 7/1B, situated in Erumballi https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Kullathur Taluk, Pudhukkottai District. 2.According to the petitioner, against the order of transferring patta in favour of the fourth respondent, he filed an appeal before the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Illuppur, Pudukkottai District. Sofar, no order has been passed by the second respondent. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, who would submit that appropriate direction may be issued to consider the petitioner's appeal/representation, dated 05.10.2016.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudhukkottai District is directed to consider the petitioner's representation/appeal dated 05.10.2016 and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival fourth respondent herein, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
