ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the lock and key of the Church situated at Purathakudi Village, Manapparai Taluk.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The request made by the petitioner was not considered, due to the pendency of the suit in O.S.No.216 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Manapparai. Now, the suit between the private parties is dismissed by the judgment and decree dated 25.08.2015. The fourth 2/4

respondent also has no objection to remove the lock and and key of the Church.

4. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed of and the second respondent is directed to remove the and key of the Church situated at Purathakudi Village, Manapparai Taluk, forthwith. 06.12.2024 Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No LS TO:-
