Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3424/2014/A5 U.E (U) dated 13.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 6 herein to comply with the defects as pointed out by the petitioner in the proceedings dated 20.07.2015 for building plan approval.

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 13.01.2016 passed in Na.Ka.No.3424/2014/A5 U.E(U) with direction to the respondents 4 to 6 herein to comply with the defects as pointed out by the petitioner in the proceedings dated 20.07.2015 for building plan approval.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the issue raised in this petition with regard to building plan approval has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
