Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the property and record the boundaries referred to in the application dated 20.06.2019 submitted before the first respondent along with the payment of challan as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the property and record the boundaries referred to in the application dated 20.06.2019 submitted before the first respondent along with the payment of challan as expeditiously as possible, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner, in order to survey her land and identify the four boundaries at Old Survey No.52 and New Survey No.33/31 situated at South Pudukkottai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, made an application to the respondents on 20.06.2019. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that, if the said application is decided by the first respondent, within a time frame on merits, the petitioner would be satisfied. 4.I have heard Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the application of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2019, would be decided on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following directions:- "that the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2019 and decide the same, on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, final order shall be passed thereon, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

No costs.
