ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel Patta No.3284 issued in the name of the fourth respondent and to restore Patta No.82 issued in the name of the petitioner's mother, Janaki Ammal, for the property at Udangudi Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2022 and the Partition Deed registered as Document No.P8/745/1969, dated 27.03.1969.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

According to the petitioner, her mother, Janaki Ammal, was the rightful owner of the property at Udangudi Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District, as evidenced by Patta No.82 and the Partition Deed dated 27.03.1969 (Document No.P8/745/1969). Patta No.3284 was subsequently issued in the name of the fourth respondent without lawful justification, affecting the petitioner's lawful interest in the property. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.06.2022 requesting restoration of Patta No.82 in favour of his mother, but no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation
shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The second respondent is directed to provide reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and also to the other persons, who may be affected by such decision.
