This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case in Crime No.18 of 2025 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent for investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the final report has now been filed before the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Tirupathur, and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.121 of 2025, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known, if so advised.
