RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners accused by this Honourable court in Crl.o.P.(MD).No.12176/22 dated 12.07.22. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12176 of 2022 on 12.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that the petitioner is having no previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9139 of 2022 No.12176 of 2022 on 12.07.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month ie., on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
