: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the respondent in Na.ka.No.E1/2057/2019, dated 16.09.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, forbear the respondent or his subordinates from in any way interfering with the petitioner's right to occupy and operate a NAESEY Stall until the expiry of three years period that is to expire in 2023 as per the proceedings of the respondent in F1/2653/2019, dated 02.03.2020. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is directed against the impugned proceedings of the respondent in Na.ka.No.E1/2057/2019, dated 16.09.2021 and consequently, forbear the respondent or his subordinates from in any way interfering with the petitioner's right to occupy and operate a NAESEY Stall until the expiry of three years period that is to expire in 2023 as per the proceedings of the respondent in F1/2658/2019, dated 02.03.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the license period given to the petitioner for running NAESEY Stall, got already expired and as such, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 06.06.2024 das 2/4
