Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner's property in S.No.1032/2B1F in Perumalthevanpatti, Pillaiyargulam Revenue Village , Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District and fix the boundary within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey her property in S.No.1032/2B1F in Perumalthevanpatti, Pillaiyargulam Revenue Village , Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District and fix the boundary within the time fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.According to the petitioner, she filed an application before the second and third respondents on 23.05.2016 to survey her
land and demarcate the boundaries and she has also paid necessary fees for the same. Sofar, no action has been taken by the second respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the land mentioned in this writ petition was already surveyed, on the request made by the fourth respondent herein. Hence, there is no necessity for surveying the land once again.
4.Since the petitioner submitted that the survey was conducted without issuing notice to her and she filed necessary application, dated 23.05.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the second and third respondents are directed to conduct survey of petitioner's land in S.No.1032/2B1F in Perumalthevanpatti, Pillaiyargulam Revenue Village, Srivilliputtur Taluk, Virudhunagar District and pass orders, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, with reference to the revenue records and the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
