RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed against the Petitioner/Accused in Crl.OP(MD)No.12644/2022 dt.14/7/2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM as this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KANNITHEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.12644 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, for a period of one month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not doing well and she is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the health condition of the petitioner, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
