This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to revoke the suspension order placing the petitioner under suspension, dated 09.08.2013 based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.07.2021. 2.Heard Mr.V.P.Rajan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.Though the Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to give positive direction to the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court 4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case as well as the representation of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:
