Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHAGAVATHISINGH.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.I.ROBERT CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5960 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.460 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9472 of 2022 2.In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru submitted a report, dated 26.08.2022, stating that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 22.06.2022.

3.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5960 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.460 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
