[Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] The petitioner challenges the possession notice issued under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Granting such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
