2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that as against the interim order passed in W.M.P(MD)No.13060 of 2023 in W.P(MD)No.15530 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023, the present Writ Appeal has been filed and now, the main Writ Petition itself was closed, by order dated 15.03.2024 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Appeal. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
