ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P (MD) NO.5250 of 2019 dated 25.04.2019 for deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai. 2.When this petition came up for hearing before this Court on 13.08.2019, this Court has passed an order that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.60,000/- to the credit of crime number 76 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District on or before 21.08.2019.

3.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.60,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District on 19.08.2019 and he also produced a copy of the receipt. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by ONE WEEK from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
