O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 17.08.2016 and 07.10.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The brief facts leading to the filing of the Writ Petition are as follows:

The petitioner is one of the Board of Directors of A2962, Sivagnanapuram Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Bank Ltd., He was elected from the member of the society in the year 2013 and he has been sincerely rendering his service.

(ii)Totally 10 Board of Directors were elected to the society, out of which, one Sumathi was selected as a President and one Sennamma Naicker was elected as a Vice President. 4.It is the case of the petitioner that the President of the society has been indulging in the entire operation of the society without consulting the Board of Directors for taking any decision. There are so many complaints against her by the Board of Directors. Under the Waiver Scheme of Government of Tamil Nadu, waiver ship was sanctioned to the relatives of the President and to the members who are not belonged to Sivagnanapuram society. The allegation is with regard to swindling of money to the extent of Rs.35,00,000/-. So stating, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to initiate action against the persons mentioned therein. As the same has not been considered, this Writ petition has been filed.

5.The learned Additional government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the second respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2016 and pass orders within a period to be fixed by this Court. 6.Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
