For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.2195 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is a sole accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 302 & 309 of IPC, in Crime No. 2195 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner got married with one Mohanraj who is mentally reiterated person, however they gave birth to female child. Due to which, the petitioner has decided to end their life along with her child. Therefore, administered poison to herself and her minor child and immediately they were taken into Hospital and she was given treatment and she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13833 of 2020 escaped from her death. Therefore, admittedly, the petitioner only administered poison to herself and her minor child, due to which the minor child died. Though, the petitioner also consumed poison she was admitted into the hospital and escaped from her death. Therefore, it is a case of 302 of IPC., and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. sd/- 02/12/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
