[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the proceedings of the third respondent in Letter No.VuVa/M77/906M/16, dated 03.08.2016.

2. A perusal of the same would go to show that the letter is in the nature of only an information and it is not an order at all so as to be implemented. The remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere in a different angle. Therefore, we are not in a position to grant the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition.
