(MD)No.9660/2021 by this Honourable Court dated 22.07.2021 by directing them to appear before Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi daily at 10.30 a.m and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VENKATESH.D., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9660 of 2021 dated 22.07.2021 by directing them to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi daily at 10.30 a.m.

CRL MP(MD) No.7689 of 2021 are facing difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9660 of 2021, dated 22.07.2021 is modified. Hence, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
