3.The learned Assistant Solicitor General states that the writ petitioner has come up with an incorrect facts before this Court. It is alleged that the writ petitioner is a Malaysian national and that she is a holder of a Malaysian passport. 4.In these circumstances, it is not possible for this Court to grant any relief. Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
