This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing first respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the first respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 03.03.2022.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
