ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels present. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is money dispute between the parties. Already the petitioner borrowed money from the defacto complainant and the same was also repaid. However, since the defacto complainant is one of police officials, by misusing the power now they are harassing the petitioner.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the State would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. However, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the petition enquiry is pending and they will complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the State this criminal original petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt a copy of this order in accordance with law. 4.It is needless to mention that in respect of the money transactions the respondent police has to act upon the Circular issued by their Higher Authorities.
