This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of any enquiry of the 3rd respondent and consider the petitioner's representation made on 23.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13918 of 2020 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would state that the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.226 of 2020 was enquired. Both the petitioner and the 5th respondent appeared before the respondent police and undertook that they will resolve their dispute in the Civil Forum and accordingly the complaint was closed on 23.11.2020.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to him to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate for his remedy.
