This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.194 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai.

Today (04.10.2023), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.194 of 2015, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, has ended in acquittal on 21.07.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
