Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner joined the ninth respondent college in the year 2017-2018 to undergo Homeopathy medical course. Certain reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as to why the petitioner took the transfer certificate. The petitioner now wants this Court to direct the authorities to revoke the recognition of the college itself. 3/6

3.Merely because individual student has some grievance against the management, that cannot furnish sufficient cause of action for revoking the recognition of the college itself. If the petitioner has got any other grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court for relief. The prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted and it stands dismissed.
