ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, the petitioner has filed a revision before the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul on 27.01.2014. Subsequently, on 13.01.2016, the District Revenue Officer has sent a communication https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner stating that his revision will be taken on file and the same will be disposed of, after conducting proper enquiry. 4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider his appeal, dated 27.01.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
