ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the 3rd and 4th respondent / police officials that they have detained the petitioner's vehicle when he appeared before them for an enquiry and has approached this Court for a direction to take action on his complaint. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits the petitioner was summoned for enquiry in CSR No.205 of 2025 on 22.03.2025 and on that day the petitioner had attended the 2/5

enquiry and had left his vehicle in the respondent police station on his own. After filing this petition, he has been summoned and the vehicle has been returned to him.

3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the petitioner has left the vehicle voluntarily. Though this Court does not accept the theory projected by the respondent police, this petition is closed, since the vehicle is returned. The respondents police shall not harass the petitioner. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
