The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the the second respondent along with other respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members without following due process of law.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner is involved in a theft case and suspecting his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

involvement in other cases, the respondents have called the petitioner only for enquiry and did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent police would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
