PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.2411 of 2020 in CRL A(MD) No.25 of 2020: To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.209 of 210 of 2020 and Crl.A(MD)No.25 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020 PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.209 of 2020 in CRL A(MD) No.25 of 2020: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Suspend the sentence alone imposed in S.C.No.38 of 2013 dated 12/12/2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Registered SC/ST POA Act 1989, Sivagangai pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN CRL A(MD)No.25 of 2020:

Pleased to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Registered SC/ST POA Act in S.C.No.38 of 2013 dated 12.12.2019 and acquit the appellant.

CRL MP(MD) No.6478 of 2020 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.KARUNA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2411 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.25 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has also admitted the same.

4.Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and also appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
