ORDER

Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2026, in which C.S.R.No.241/2026 has already been issued, this writ petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had given a representation seeking action against the respondents 4 and 5 by complaint dated 20.02.2026. The same is not duly dealt with by the 3rd respondent. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, the 3rd respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
