This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram to dispose the IA.No.10 of 2011 in AS.No.13 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Since the matter is pending from the year 2011, the Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram is directed to dispose the IA.No.10 of 2011 in AS.No.13 of 2010 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. On perusing the diary extract, it is seen that the petitioners have not appeared for several hearings before the lower Court.
