ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable since earlier the petitioner was granted bail and thereafter, the same was cancelled and without challenging the cancellation of bail, the present petition has been filed.

2. This Court has perused the records.

3. It appears that already the petitioner was granted bail and the same was cancelled subsequently and without challenging the said cancellation of bail, the petitioner filed this anticipatory bail petition. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of cancellation of bail in the manner known to law.

4. With the abovesaid observation, this petition is dismissed. (P D B J) 10.06.2026 apd 2/4
