This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to allow the third respondent to conduct the Drama Festival on 04.08.2022 at the petitioner's village. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner representation, dated 22.07.2022.

3.In view of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is of the considered opinion that granting permission or not, for conducting a programme, is the statute vested with the wisdom of the authorities to decide according to the situation prevailing there. 2/4
