ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 18.05.2022 to the first respondent for surveying his land in S.F.No.135/10 situated at Thiruppanjeeli Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that more number of 2/4

applications are being received from Mannachanallur Taluk and therefore, the applications are being considered on seniority basis. She further submits that the petitioner's application has already been considered and survey has been conducted on 11.07.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
