ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.119 of 2022 dated 27.04.2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pandhanallur Police Station, Thanjavur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that already the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.O(MD)No.1661 of 2023 before this Court seeking direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2013 and to file final report. This Court, by its order dated 27.02.2023, disposed of the petition on the ground that the final report was filed before the concerned Court as further 'action dropped'. Hence, in this petition, no further order is necessary.
