For Respondent : Mr.KR.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.573 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.573 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having six previous cases and he is a habitual offender. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.14046 of 2020 5.This is the second application and there is no change of circumstances to entertain this application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
