ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366 of IPC and Section 5(i) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.199 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This petition has been filed on the ground that now, marriage proposal has been made between two families. After completing 18 years of age, they are going to perform marriage. 3.Mr.S.Ashok, learned counsel for the intervener is also present before this Court and also submitted that there was a proposal.
