RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed in Crl. O. p. (MD) No. 12488 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 that after producing sureties the respondent police is directed to hand over the Petitioner before the Special Camp (Srilankan Refugee Camp) at Trichy Instead of after producing sureties the respondent police is directed to hand over the petitioner before the Special Camp (Srilankan Refugee Camp) at Gummidipoondi.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner and of MR.B.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(ii) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12488 of 2020, dated 05.11.2020.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner would submit that no special camp is available at Gummidipoondi and the special camp is only at Trichy, hence he has filed the present petition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)the condition no.6(ii) imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6336 of 2020 Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12488 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 is modified to the effect that after producing sureties the respondent police is directed to hand over the petitioner before the Special Camp (Srilankan Refugee Camp) at Trichy. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
