ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.15 of 2021 dated 31.12.2021 pending on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation within a time stipulated by this Court and permit the petitioner to produce all the documents before the Investigating Officer during the time of investigation. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court issued a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2021 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, liberty is granted to the petitioner to produce all the documents before the Investigating Officer at the time of investigation.
