ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.11.2015 and 21.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Aairam K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.According to the petitioner, she is working as Elementary School Headmaster at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Kurunthanmozhi. She seeks transfer to Agaram Panchayat Union Elementary School. It is seen that the second respondent through his proceedings dated 13.10.2015 directed the third respondent to submit his report in this regard. Since the third respondent has not taken any steps to respond to the above said proceedings, the petitioner has made representation before the first respondent on 12.11.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not passed any order on the representation made by her. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
