*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment made in the 16 feet cement road situated at Thevar Silai Street, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kattalai, Palamadai Post, Tirunelveli District. He had given a representation, dated 20.04.2015, in this regard. But no action has been taken thereon. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2. This Court directs the third respondent to enquire into the matter. If encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed, after following due process of law. The private respondent herein shall be given notice and only after complying the statutory formalities, the encroachment shall be removed. The entire process shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
